Our beers are brewed on site and are known for their clear and well-balanced taste. To accompany them, we serve a selection of rustic dishes that pair perfectly with our beers.

In addition to beer tastings, you can experience special events such as the Brewman’s Day or enjoy a sociable brewery evening in a relaxed atmosphere – a real highlight for beer lovers.

Our menu features classic brewery dishes such as ribs, pulled pork, the brewery pan, crispy pork knuckle and tomahawk steak.

The selection is complemented by seasonal game dishes, vegetarian and vegan options, as well as a variety of meat and fish dishes. Desserts and suitable meals for children are, of course, also included.

Let yourself be captivated by our selection of handcrafted beer! During a tasting, you can enjoy the varieties of Pale, Dark, Wheat, as well as our fruity Raspberry beer or the aromatic Rauchbier (depending on the season).

From milling the malt to mashing, lautering, boiling and hopping, followed by the addition of yeast and main fermentation – it takes many careful steps before our beer can mature, be stored, bottled, and finally enjoyed.

Using only the finest ingredients and traditional brewing craftsmanship, we create a beer that delights with every sip.
