Apprenticeship in hotel management (m/f/d)


- 3-year full-time apprenticeship
- Start: 1.08.2025

You can expect a varied apprenticeship in a modern and future-oriented company. The Hotel Am Markt & Brauhaus Stadtkrug is a hotel with a restaurant and large market terrace, bar, in-house brewery and conference room, located directly on the market square.

- School-leaving certificate: Secondary school leaving certificate
- Committed, motivated and reliable

- Enjoy a (sometimes) hectic everyday life

What you can expect:

Hotel management training includes a variety of different areas - you will become an all-rounder - in which you are guaranteed not to get bored. Reservations and reception are just as much a part of the training as food & beverage (service and kitchen) and housekeeping (design and care of rooms) as well as merchandise management and marketing. Dealing with guests, communication, is at the forefront everywhere, be it in personal conversations, at check-in or in the digital area. Hotel managers are the interface between the individual departments and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

We will provide you with all the important and necessary information and you will pass through all departments of our hotel - you will be involved in our “working world” from day one! Over the course of your training, you will be able to demonstrate your strengths and skills and make full use of them.


- Food & Beverages (Service & Kitchen)
- Serving food and drinks,
    Tasks in food & beverage management
- Sustainability, dealing with accounting systems
- Reception - organization of reception and reservations               
- Organization and implementation of events
- Implementation of operational channel and revenue management
    revenue management
- Housekeeping - design & care of rooms,
    Planning, implementation and control of housekeeping
- Merchandise management & marketing
- Working in a team
