Your tasks:

  • Supporting the Head Chef in the operational and organizational management of the kitchen
  • Deputizing for the Head Chef during absences
  • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
  • Assisting with menu planning, ordering and quality control
  • Guiding and motivating the kitchen team and apprentices
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
