Four days of yoga, breathwork and meditation, nature experiences with forest bathing and mindful moments by the shore await you.

Ueckermünde, Germany's north-easternmost harbour town, is situated right on the Stettiner Haff. It combines nature, water and maritime charm.
Our family-run hotel is centrally located on the historic market square and is an ideal starting point for walks, beach visits and exploring the surrounding area.
It's the perfect place to experience that inner stillness can be found not only in silence, but right in the middle of life.

Yoga has been part of my life for over 19 years, and I have been teaching full-time for many years.
My approach combines different yoga styles with breathwork, meditation and mindful nervous system work.
I work in a trauma-sensitive and individual way – completely free of pressure and performance expectations.
In my sessions, a space is created where you're simply allowed to be.
