Are you passionate about hospitality, well organised and looking for a position that is not limited exclusively to reception or restaurant service?

We are not looking for someone to work in just one department. We are looking for a committed team member who thinks ahead, takes responsibility and helps us shape the daily operations of our hotel.

In this position, you will combine administrative and organisational responsibilities with direct guest contact and active support in our service team.

Your responsibilities

Looking after our guests from reservation through to departure
Organising the daily operations at reception
Processing reservations, guest correspondence and invoices
Handling administrative and organisational tasks
Coordinating with housekeeping, the kitchen and the service team
Actively supporting our restaurant and event service

What you bring

Completed vocational training in hospitality or a comparable qualification
Experience in reception and guest service
Strong organisational skills and a structured approach to work
A confident, friendly and professional manner
Independence, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
Willingness to work in service and at weekends and on public holidays
